Lindsay Lohan was beautiful in blue yesterday, she was seen outside the Cirque Lodge without a cigarette! Baby steps LL, baby steps! She looked happy and healthy but the ends of her hair were looking a bit fried. I suspect she'll dye her hair shortly before leaving to have a sort of reinvention.
